A pneumatic ink-spraying device using dual pressure difference is provided to spray the ink of constant amount with constant pressure continuously through a negative pressure supplying part, and to maintain the ink in an ejecting stand-by state when the ink is not ejected by installing a shut-off valve between a main selective valve and an auxiliary selective valve. A pneumatic ink-spraying device using dual pressure difference comprises a main ink tank(14), an auxiliary ink tank(36), a main selective valve(24), an auxiliary selective valve(32), a negative pressure supplying part, a high pressure supplying part(64), and control parts(60,70). The main ink tank is connected with an ink supply source(10). The main selective valve is installed between the main ink tank and the auxiliary ink tank. The auxiliary selective valve is installed at a lower position than the main selective valve. The negative pressure supplying part is connected with the main and auxiliary ink tanks to supply the negative pressures of the same size. The high pressure supplying part is selectively connected with the main ink tank or the auxiliary ink tank. A shut-off valve(30) is installed between the main and auxiliary selective valves to shut off the communication between the two valves.
