A portable compact umbrella is provided to be carried in a compact manner without making a waterproof cloth or umbrella ribs from being exposed to the outside to be carried and stored easily. A portable compact umbrella includes an external umbrella rod(21), an internal umbrella rod, a support member, a covering member, umbrella ribs(24), an adjustment member, a pressurizing member(26), a holding member(25), a handle member(30), a locking device and a spring member(41). A winding portion(42) is formed perpendicularly on the lower end portion of the lower space of the handle member to make the umbrella ribs and the covering member wound thereon. A second penetrating hole(42) is perpendicularly formed to make the inner umbrella rod ascend and descend. A second penetrating hole allows only the inner umbrella rod to pass therethrough. |
