A device for roasting meat with direct fire is provided to prevent meat from burning on a grill and preclude smoke and black dirt including carcinogen from generating without directly transmitting heat energy of a heat source to the grill. A device for roasting meat with direct fire comprises a housing(100), a charcoal container, a grill(300), and a water receiving container. The housing consists of a mounting unit(110) having an opened upper part to be curved inward at the upper periphery, a receiving unit having an inclined bottom surface to incline the charcoal container to be mounted in two inner sides toward the center, and a vent unit(120), where external air is inflowed, installed at two lower side walls of the receiving unit. The charcoal container mounted in the receiving unit of the housing includes the charcoal to open the upper part. The grill, which is positioned at the vertical upper part of the receiving unit and mounted on the mounting unit of the housing, has first and second flat units, and a grill unit(320) between the first and second flat units. The width of first and second flat units is larger than the width of the inclined charcoal container. The water receiving container, which is placed at the center of the inner bottom surface of the housing, has larger width than the grill unit to receive oil dripping from an object to be roasted on the grill unit of the grill. The receiving unit of the housing is curved more inwardly than the upper width of the housing not to drip the oil generated from the object to be roasted of the charcoal container which is to be mounted inward, and separated from the inner wall of the housing not to transmit hot heat energy of the charcoal container to the housing. |
