A slope reinforcing device is provided to judge a tension state accurately and to measure the tension volume of the strand easily by displaying tensile force of the strand with measuring devices according to the reinforcement of the slope surface. A slope reinforcing device comprises plates(20), compressive plates(25), elastic springs(30), fixing nuts(35), rotary encoders, measuring devices(45), and manager servers. A strand passes through the center of the plate. The compressive plates are separately installed at the plates by a plurality of fixing bolts(27). The elastic springs are installed between the compressive plates and the plates to press the compressive plates through elastic force. The fixing nuts are installed on outer surfaces of the compressive plates. The rotary encoders detect displacement volume of the compressive plate and change the displacement volume into an electric signal. The measuring devices receive signals from the rotary encoders, check the displacement volume, and display the volume by number. |
