METHOD FOR COMPOSITION OF REFRACTORIES CONTAINED ALN & GRAPHITE

摘要

A method for synthesizing a composition of refractories is provided to mass-produce composite materials usable as refractories economically without supplying separate energy except an initial energy for heating a part of a reactive layer. A method for synthesizing a composition of refractories includes the steps of: putting a mixture powder comprising metal aluminum powder and carbon black powder into a reactor under a nitrogen gas atmosphere with predetermined pressure(2-20 kg/cm^2); and heating and igniting a part of the mixture powder to synthesize aluminum nitride and graphite by a combustion method configured to spread continuously the heat of reaction generated by the ignition to neighboring powder layers.
