An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve an anti-scratching characteristic of a spacer by forming the spacer made of a mixture of an organic material and an inorganic material on a pixel defined film. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), a first electrode(15), a pixel defined film(160), a light emitting layer(17), a spacer(130), and a second electrode(18). A thin film transistor(13) is formed on the substrate. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The pixel defined film is formed on the first electrode and has an opening portion(16) for partially exposing the first electrode. The light emitting layer is formed on the opening portion. The spacer is made of a mixture of an organic material and an inorganic material and is formed on the pixel defined film. The second electrode is formed on the light emitting layer and the spacer. |
