Provided is a film adhering apparatus which can be directly introduced into a manufacturing line of a plate glass (G), continuously adheres protecting films (F) on both planes of the plate glass (G) at the same time, can be constituted relatively small and thus occupies only a small space. The film adhering apparatus is provided with a conveyer for transporting the plate glass (G) in a horizontal direction while supporting the glass upright; film feeding units (10) arranged on both sides of a moving path (CL) of the plate glass (G) transported by the conveyer; and a vertical nip roller unit (2) having nip rollers (3U, 3U, 3D, 3D) brought into press-contact with the both planes of the plate glass to nip the moving plate glass (G) being transported by the conveyer, through the films (F) fed from the film feeding units (10), respectively. |
