A method and an apparatus for treating raw excretion are provided to produce good-quality organic manure, by mixing a weight ratio of the raw excretion and quicklime accurately when inputting the raw excretion and the quicklime in a chemical reactor. Septic waste such as chicken excretion, cattle excretion, and pig excretion, is inputted into an input unit(S1). A weight of the inputted septic waste is measured by a measuring unit(S2). When a weight of the septic waste reaches a predetermined weight value, the input unit is shut off to control the input quantity of septic waste(S3). The determined quantity of the septic waste is inputted into a chemical reactor, and a predetermined weight of quicklime is supplied to the chemical reactor(S4). The septic waster is neutralized and transformed into chemically stabilized materials by reaction between the septic waste and the quicklime react(S5). |
