A food waste drying equipment is provided to enable water of food waste to be naturally discharged, allow aggregated food waste to be pulverized promptly, always maintain a pulverizer in a clean state, and prevent air in a kitchen from being polluted by preventing odor from generating from food waste even when drying food waste. A food waste drying equipment(1000) comprises: a supply part body(200) which has an injection port(201) formed in a top part thereof, and in which an inclined filtering mesh having a plurality of discharge holes formed therein and a pulverizer having a pair of cutters are installed; an inclined shaped injection transfer pipe(300) of which one end is in communication with the supply part body; an agitation chamber(400) which is in communication with the other end of the injection transfer pipe, of which an inner part is formed in a "U" character shape, which has an opening-and-closing door formed in a bottom surface thereof, and which includes an agitation unit for agitating pulverized food waste; a high frequency oscillator installed on the agitation chamber to dry food waste in the agitation chamber through a high frequency waveguide; a cooling blowing fan installed one face of the high frequency oscillator; a ventilator(800) installed on a supporting frame(100) to exhaust the sucked odor by sucking odor generated while food waste injected into the agitation chamber is dried; a drive motor(700) for driving a pulverizer(240) of the supply part body and the agitation unit of the agitation chamber; and a discharge part(900) installed under the agitation chamber to discharge food waste dropped from the agitation chamber. |
