The method involves arranging a valve (1) on the bottom (17) of the sea, in contact with the bottom of the sea; and moving a float (18) only downwards from the highest position of waves (16). The valve is loosely placed, placed partly movable sidewards on the bottom of the sea. An independent claim is also included for power machinery.
