A heat radiator is provided to decrease a noise generated when air collides with an external case, by directly radiating heated air through a radiating hole using a heat radiating fan. A heat radiator includes an external case(20) and a radiator(30). A radiating component is mounted on the external case which includes a mounting hole. The radiator is mounted on the mounting hole and ejects air to the outside. The radiator includes a radiating case(31), a radiating fan(32), and a radiating motor(33). The radiating case is mounted on the mounting hole and is coupled with the external case. The radiating hole penetrates an inner portion of the radiating case. The radiating fan is mounted on the radiating hole and moves air. The radiating motor is coupled with a center shaft of the radiating fan to rotate the radiating fan. The radiating motor is fixed on the radiating case.
