The apparatus has a rectangular shaped apron (2) fixed on a trapezoidal shaped saddle (1). Draw bars (3) are fixed on sides of the saddle, where handles (4) and a wheel (5) i.e. solid-tire wheel, are fixed in a bar`s upper and lower ends, respectively. The wheel is fixed by arms (6) connected to the apron by dampeners (7). An adjustable connection part (8) connects the bars and the handles to adjust the height and position of the handles with respect to the bars. A tension belt is passed on shoulders and is connected to the handles. A wheel axle is shifted from a top of a plane of the saddle.
