The ring (1) has an oval shaped element (9) made of polyurethane rubbery material and over-molded or mounted on an electrical cable (7) to place the element on a bulkhead (3). A main plate (11) conforms to a slot (5) of the cable, is fixed to the slot with sealing, and receives the element by a hole (17) of the main plate with sealing. A secondary plate (13) is detachably fixed to the main plate or to the slot, and receives the element with sealing opposite to that of the main plate by a hole (23) of the secondary plate, where the plates have clip-on hooks (15).
