A deodorizing apparatus is provided to discharge odorless purified air, by passing external air containing acidic gas and alkaline gas through acidic water and alkaline water sequentially, so as to neutralize the acidic gas and the alkaline gas. A water bath(100) is composed of an acidic water tank(110) and an alkaline water tank(120). A deodorizing unit(200) includes an acidic gas remover(220) and an alkaline gas remover(230) for jetting the acidic water and the alkaline water stored in the acidic water tank and the alkaline water tank, respectively. Acidic gas and alkaline gas, which are contained in external air inputted into the deodorizing unit through rotation of a suction fan, are neutralized and removed by sequentially passing the acidic gas remover and the alkaline gas remover. A controller supplies the acidic water and the alkaline water to the acidic water tank and the alkaline water tank from an acidic liquid storage tank(310) and an alkaline liquid storage tank(320), according to pH values of the acidic water and the alkaline water stored in the acidic water tank and the alkaline water tank. Further, the deodorizing unit contains an inhale fan, an alkaline gas removing part, an acid gas removing part.
