A loop current driving temperature and humidity measurement instrument is provided to alternately display measured temperature and humidity values on a display unit and allow a user to select any one of displays of the temperature and the humidity. A loop current driving temperature and humidity measurement instrument(100) includes a key input unit(120), a temperature and humidity sensor(110), a MICOM(Microcomputer,130), a first loop current supply unit(154), a second loop current supply unit(174), and a display unit(140). The key input unit inputs a set value. The temperature and humidity sensor senses temperature and humidity to output the temperature and humidity in a digital signal form. The MICOM generates a first control signal and a second control signal on the basis of a temperature signal and a humidity signal received from the temperature and humidity sensor, and outputs a display unit driving control signal to the display unit in correspondence with a display mode input through the key input unit. The display unit displays the temperature and the humidity on the basis of the display unit driving control signal received from the MICOM.
