A nonskid device installed in a railroad crossing is provided to melt freezing or snow of the crossing by placing a plurality of heat pipes on an evaporator with a predetermined gap. A nonskid device installed in a railroad crossing(2) comprises an evaporator(10), a plurality of heat pipes(20), a plurality of condensers(30), a plurality of disk pins(40), a water supply pipe(50), supporting devices(60), damping members(70), and a supporter(80). The evaporator is embedded in a stratum(1) placed at the lower part of the railroad crossing. The heat pipes are vertically connected on the evaporator with a predetermined gap. The condensers are installed with projected connecting pipes. The disk pins are gradually smaller from the lower part to the upper part. The water supply pipe is combined at a water supply pipe connecting device formed to one side of the evaporator. The supporting devices connect the heat pipes mutually. The damping members have steel plates, springs, and rubber plates. The supporter has circular insertion grooves, square shaped flanges(82), and braces(87) fixed by anchor bolts(88).
