A gas flow rate adjusting apparatus for a damper is provided to reliably maintain a fixing state of a lever on a base plate by preventing an impact caused by gases from affecting a coupling state between a bolt and a nut. A base plate(100) is fixed on one outer surface of a damper. A through-hole and a lower guide hole are formed at side portions of the base plate, respectively. An upper guide hole(130) includes a side surface and an upper surface. The side surface is protruded from an upper surface of the base plate to a front edge of the lower guide hole. An upper long hole is formed on the upper surface of the upper guide hole. A guide teeth-coupling portion(140) is protruded into a side portion of the upper guide hole. A hinge portion is protruded from around the through-hole in a ring-like shape. A lever(200) is rotatably formed on the hinge and connected to a rotation shaft of an open/close member. The other end of the lever is extended along the upper guide hole. A fixing hole is formed on the lever to correspond to the upper guide hole. A bolt(300) is protruded through the upper and lower guide holes. A nut(400) is screw-coupled with a screw groove on a bolt leg portion and firmly fixes the bolt on the base plate. When the base plate is moved on a plane, the guide teeth-coupling portion is teeth-coupled with the bolt teeth-coupling portion on the bolt, such that the lever is fixed. A fixing plate is attached under the base plate.
