The wall connects the inner face to a housing delimited by the unit. A stop (12) is connected to the inner face. Two studs (7) are integrated with the strut. One of the studs is placed remote from the other stud such that the stop cooperates with the stud, when the stud is engaged in the housing to longitudinally immobilize the part.
