A play apparatus is provided to make the play apparatus receive a larger amount of air resistance and to make the play apparatus stay in the air for a longer period of time when the play apparatus falls. A play apparatus includes a weight(11) and a feather plate(12). A first ventilation hole(11a) is formed on the center of the weight. A second ventilation hole(12a) is formed on the center of the feather plate, which is attached to one surface of the weight to make the second ventilation hole correspond to the first ventilation hole. The feather plate further includes an elastic connection member. Plural wing portions are formed by forming one or more cut portions at a position distant from the circumference of the second ventilation hole in the outer direction of the feather plate. |
