<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a keyboard apparatus by suppressing a change in key pushing end positions due to frequent use while maintaining a good buffering function on ending of key pushing. <P>SOLUTION: An upper side stopper body ST is arranged on the underside of the rear part 4d of a keyboard chassis 4, and in the upper side stopper body ST, a front side stopper part 10 is disposed in the front side and a three-layer structured backside stopper part 20 is disposed in the back side along the longitudinal direction of a hammer 2. In the forward stroke of turn of the hammer 2 by key pushing operation, a free end part 2d of the hammer 2 is abutted on the backside stopper part 20 first, and after kinetic energy of the hammer 2 decreases, the free end part is abutted on the front side stopper part 10, and the turn end position of the hammer 2 is regulated by cooperation of the front side stopper and 10 and the backside stopper 20.
