PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage the power consumption of electronic devices so as to suppress heat generation from the electronic devices.

SOLUTION: A weighting memory 312 stores a layout weighting value denoting a degree of contribution of heat generation from each electronic device to a surface temperature rise of a mobile phone 1. The layout weighting value is established by taking into account the layout position of each electronic device. A control section 31 acquires the operating state and the consumed current of each electronic device at a prescribed time interval and respectively stores resulting data to an operating state buffer memory 313 and a power consumption buffer memory 314. When the data are stored, the control section 31 calculates a parameter as an indication of the surface temperature of the mobile phone 1 due to the heat generation of all the electronic devices. When the parameter is greater than a threshold value, the control section 31 regulates supplied power to the electronic devices according to the priority allocated to each electronic device to suppress the heat generation.
