<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension medium for erythrocyte allowing keeping of the integrity and function of an erythrocyte reagent for a long time, for example, over eight weeks, in an analysis technique requiring erythrocyte. <P>SOLUTION: The suspension medium for erythrocyte contains a combination of amino acid of an arbitrary group, phosphate buffer solution, sodium chloride, glucose, adenine, preservative, EDTA and glycine, inosine, citrate, citric acid, and bicarbonate.
