PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new game style which can carry out a more stable display for higher players' interests from the sensing of game balls. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 10 is provided with a liquid crystal display device 32 with a photosensor having a plurality of photosensors at prescribed positions to detect the motion of game balls rolling on a game board 14 having a light transmitting area with the photosensors and executes a control to determine the position of a performance image display area to be displayed in the subsequent variable display game on a display part 32a of the liquid crystal display device 32 with a photosensor according to the areas in which the game balls are detected during the execution of the current variable display game. This enables the reflection of the motion of the game balls on the game board 14 during the execution of the current variable display game on the display areas for the performance images during the execution of the subsequent variable display game.
