PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for mold replacement work in a blister packing machine for conveying a packing film by a chain clipped conveyor, and drastically improve its operation efficiency. SOLUTION: A container film is conveyed by the chain clipped conveyor 11 along its longitudinal direction of the chain clipped conveyor. The blister packing machine 10 comprises a pocket forming means being along a conveying passage of the container film, a filling means, a seal means, and a punching means 15. Wall-like frames 18 and 19 are fixedly provided at this side and a deep side of the chain clipped conveyor 11. The punching means 15 provides upper and lower molds 31 and 32 in order to punch a blister film 16 in a packed unit. A punching edge 33 is arranged on the upper mold 31, and an opening 34 is formed on the lower mold 32. The frame 18 at this side mainly prepares a front wall of the blister packing machine 10. An upper face 18a of the frame 18 is located at a lower side lower than a lower face of the lower mold 32 in a stopped state of the punching means 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
