PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system capable of improving efficiency as a whole system. SOLUTION: This motor control system includes a plurality of control hosts 1, 2, 3, motor controllers 10, 20, 30 linked by a communication network 5 corresponding to each control host 1, 2, 3 to perform the transmission and reception of control data among each control host 1, 2, 3, and first motors 11, 21, 31, second motors 12, 22, 32, and third motors 13, 23, 33 that are driven by each motor controller 10, 30, 30. In the communication network 5, a virtual shared memory 6, capable of reading out and writing the control data from each control host 1, 2, 3, and each controller 10, 20, 30, is provided.
