PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for interphase insulating paper that is excellent in production efficiency and enables the enhancement of shape accuracy. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for interphase insulating paper includes the stops of: setting a resin sheet 71 on a progressive processing unit; forming pin holes 76 in the resin sheet 71; stamping the resin sheet 71 to form coil end parts 65m, 65n in the resin sheet 71; bending the coil end parts 65m, 65n relative to the pin holes 76 (S200, S300); and cutting the bent coil end parts 65m, 65n out of the resin sheet 71.
