PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tornado generating propeller, a tornado generating machine, and a tornado demonstration device for generating a tornado only by the propeller since a tornado generation by former local exhaust technology requires a chamber/a vessel/a guiding pipe and an injection device/a fan case and the like and is complicated and that degree of extension of the tornado is small in relation to sizes of a machine and a device, and that there is a structural problem when a main purpose is generation of a tall tornado in a free space such as a natural tornado generated on sea. SOLUTION: A blade of a structure combining a centrifugal type propeller blade 3 and an axial flow type propeller blade 2 is used as a blade of the propeller 1 for tornado generation. Downward swirl can be enhanced by making air flow through an inside of the blade of the propeller for tornado generation and accelerating the same in a radial direction. Upward flow 22 and swirls 21, 24 necessary for generating a tornado 23 can be sufficiently generated.
