PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device for a two-cycle internal combustion engine capable of suppressing oil consumption by performing the detailed control of the supply of oil depending on the operational state of an internal combustion engine, and preventing exhaust gas from turning into white smoke. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil supply device comprises: constant capacity oil supply means 42, 52 each supplying oil of a constant capacity to a required area of the internal combustion engine by one operation; and an oil supply control means 70 performing the timing-drive control of the constant capacity oil supply means 42 52 based on a valve open time of a fuel injection valve 30 and an operational state of the internal combustion engine. The oil supply control means 70 determines operation timing from the valve open time of the fuel injection valve 30 and the operational state of the internal combustion engine, and the drive control of the constant capacity oil supply control means 70 is performed at each operation timing.
