PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat-soluble granular composition containing a reduced type coenzyme Q10 having extremely high stability against oxygen and also jointly equipped with high oral absorptivity which the reduced type coenzyme Q has originally. in the fields of a food, nutritious functional food, specific food for health, nutrition supplement, nutritious agent, medicine for animal, beverage, feed, cosmetic, medicine, treating agent, preventing agent, etc., and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This granular composition containing the reduced type coenzyme Q10, in which an oily component containing the reduced type coenzyme Q10 is poly-dispersed in a matrix consisting of an oil-soluble compound by forming domains having 0.01 to 50μm mean particle diameter, is found to be a fat-soluble composition equipped with high oxidation stability and high living body absorptivity jointly.
