PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic oil set optimum for use in treatments to be conducted along a given succession, such as conducting an active treatment, an adjustment treatment and a maintenance treatment in this order, and to provide a method for using the cosmetic oil set. SOLUTION: The cosmetic oil set comprises a combination of (A) a first cosmetic oil based on a first vegetable oil and fat with 40-95 wt.% in oleic acid content in the whole fatty acid composition, (B) a second cosmetic oil based on a second vegetable oil and fat with 25-95 wt.% in linolenic acid content in the whole fatty acid composition and (C) a third cosmetic oil based on a third vegetable oil and fat with 40-95 wt.% in linoleic acid content in the whole fatty acid composition.
