A mayonnaise contains vegetable oil, a powder of quail egg, mustard, sugar, table salt, acetic acid and water. The invention allows obtaining a product having original sweet slightly acid taste of mayonnaise with fine sensible flavor reminding basil and parsley with high food and biological value. |
