A first converter (10) and a second converter (12) are connected in parallel to a positive electrode line (PL3) and a negative electrode line (NL). An ECU (30) controls the first and the second converter (10, 12) so that one of the first and the second converter (10, 12) operates and the other converter stops when a request power (PR) is smaller than a reference value. On the other hand, when the request power (PR) is equal to or greater than the reference value, the ECU (30) controls the first and the second converter (10, 12) so that both of the first and the second converter (10, 12) operate.
