A driving device and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to improve display quality by adjusting driving voltages externally. A driving device includes a DC/DC(Direct Current) converter(760), a control voltage generator(710), and a feedback signal generator(750). The DC/DC converter converts the voltage level of input voltage according to the voltage level of feedback signals and outputs driving voltages according to the conversion result. The control voltage generator receives external data signals and outputs control voltages. The feedback signal generator receives the driving voltages, distributes the received voltages, outputs the feedback signals according to the distribution result, and adjusts the voltage level of the feedback signals using the control voltages.
