摘要 FIELD: construction, hydraulic engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the field of hydraulic engineering and exploitation of natural and manmade water reservoirs. To regulate the level of water in a reservoir in the period of formation on its shores, cryosolic crust and dropping of the level of water in the reservoir, atmospheric air is passed into the subpermafrost layer of the soil. This is done to eliminate negative pressure and increasing flow of ground water in the reservoir. During the initial stage of thawing the crust and raising the level of water in the water reservoir, air is removed from the subpermafrost layer of the soil so as to lower excess pressure and increasing outflow of water from the reservoir. Input and outflow of water is done through cavities in the cryosolic crust of the shores at a distance L from the shore line, determined from the formula L = DeltaP/I + 30H, where DeltaP is the maximum value of the vacuum in the subpermafrost layer of the soil, m H2O; I is the underlying confining bed of the ground water supplying the reservoir; H is the excess pressure of blowing atmospheric air into the supermfrost layer, m H2O.
