摘要 FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: the back-and-forth motion is imparted onto the combined tool designed to process the rough workpieces with tension. The combined tool is made in the form of sleeve rigidly fixed in the machine cartridge. Sleeve has the inner work surface, performed as a diamond-abrasive taper lead, a deforming starting taper with angle of ϕ=3...5 and calibrating part. Back-and-forth motion is imparted onto rough workpiece relative to its longitudinal axis. Feed motion is imparted onto the machine cartridge; sleeve is rigidly fixed in the cartridge in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of rough workpiece rotation. Rough workpiece is fed to the sleeve from the side of diamond-abrasive starting taper.
