FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating blood serum and DNA with following recording DNA and antibodies interaction. Electrochemical cell parameter measurement plots are interpreted as diagnostic signs of antibody presence in blood serum. An electrochemical cell has measurement electrode and comparison electrode. Blood serum and DNA incubation takes place on measurement electrode which surface is covered in advance with polyaniline. Silver chloride electrode is used as comparison electrode.
