FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill osteotomy, form two canals in the fragments of osteoporotic bone due to placing them perpendicular against the axis of the segment under lengthening being more proximal and distal against the level of osteotomy. Into each canal developed one should introduce an autotransplant being a whole fibular fragment of contralateral limb, guide per 1 needle through each autotransplant by capturing an osseous fragment and per 2 intersecting needles into each fragment between osteotomy and autotransplant. The ends of the needles should be fixed towards the supports of the apparatus of external fixation. The innovation provides increased area of dense bony tissue, stable fixation without cutting out the needles out of the bone. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex |
