FIELD: equipment for fat-and-oil industry, in particular, oil squeezing worm presses. ^ SUBSTANCE: worm press has feeding device, pressing cage incorporating worm with pressing coils and intermediate heads, squeezing cone, and squeezing crown. Pressing cage is made in the form of set of rings. Knives are fixed on inner surface of pressing cage for preventing material under pressing procedure to be cranked. Bores are formed on inner cylindrical surface of crown, at an angle to its axis. ^ EFFECT: increased extent of oil squeezing. ^ 4 dwg |
