A method for manufacturing variable pads is provided to produce the variable pad that is superior in compressive yield strength, compressive strength, impact strength, durability, and constructability. A method for manufacturing variable pads includes the steps of: packing a bag for a variable pad with a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A, 100 parts by weight of modified polyamine, 4-10 parts by weight of a hardener, and less than 4 parts by weight of a hardening accelerator; sealing the bag; and hardening the composition at room temperature for 20-40 minutes.
