A tester for testing a graphic memory is provided to heat or cool a DUT(Device Under Test) automatically by moving a heating/cooling part with a horizontal and vertical moving unit depending on loading and unloading of the DUT, and perform a test while heating or cooling the DUT. A tester body includes a main board receiving a slot connector of a graphic card(210). A graphic memory heating/cooling part is installed to the tester body and is moved horizontally/vertically. The graphic memory heating/cooling part includes a heat absorbing/outputting part for cooling or heating the graphic memory by contacting to the graphic memory, the horizontal moving unit(150) placing the heat absorbing/outputting part on the DUT by moving the graphic memory heating/cooling part horizontally when the DUT is mounted on a memory socket of the graphic card, and the vertical moving unit contacting the heat absorbing/outputting part to the DUT by moving the graphic memory heating/cooling part vertically when the DUT is mounted on the memory socket of the graphic card. The heat absorbing/outputting part includes a thermoelectric module(120) and a heat transfer unit.
