FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing hen meat upon a chopper, freezing and reducing dill greens and fresh grains of green peas upon a chopper, frying wheat flour in melted butter followed by mixing the above-mentioned components with bone broth, sugar, common salt and a CO2-extract of the preset micromycete type biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. ^ 41 cl |
