Parameters of circulating flow are changed due to varying heat power dissipated by heater-evaporator depending upon change of level of liquid phase, namely: at increase of liquid phase level power dissipated by heater-evaporator is increased; at descending liquid phase level power dissipated by heater-evaporator is lowered.
