<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum material which is constituted such that an aluminum base material is not corroded by sacrificial anticorrosion effect and protected by a sacrificial metal superior in anticorrosion effect, and a composite material of the aluminum material and a metallic material nobler than aluminum. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum material is composed of the aluminum base material comprising aluminum or an aluminum alloy and the sacrificial metal layer which is adhered to the surface of the aluminum base material through an insulative adhesive layer, wherein the sacrificial metal is a metal baser than aluminum or an alloy composed of the metal baser than aluminum and aluminum and containing 5 wt.% or less of aluminum.
