<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine system connecting game machines at home to a host computer via communication lines, etc., capable of incorporating a commercial advertisement in game software. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine system comprises a transmission side device, one or two or more receiving side game devices, and communication lines connecting these devices. The transmission side device comprises a storage device in which fixed data on a main program of the game software are accumulated; a storage device in which variable data on the commercial advertisement for the game software are accumulated; and a means for appropriately switching the fixed data and the variable data to transmit. The receiving side game device comprises a storage means for accumulating the transmitted fixed data and variable data. As the fixed data and updated variable data are transmitted to the receiving side game device from the transmission side, an image always based on the latest variable data appears in a part of a game image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
