<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new polypeptide for blocking a T potential-dependent calcium channel. <P>SOLUTION: The polynucleotide encodes any of polypeptides (a) a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 2, (b) a peptide having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 7, (c) a polypeptide which is a partial polypeptide having at least an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6 and contains an amino acid sequence composed of 47-82 amino acids of the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6 and (d) a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence of any of the polypeptides (a)-(c), having a T potential-dependent calcium channel blocking activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
