<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently adjust a charge amount of developer supplied to a developing device, even if external conditions (conditions for use) change. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing device, a developing unit 10 that conducts development on a photoreceptor drum and a developer storage device 40 storing developer composed of two components, toner and carrier, are separately disposed. The developer circulates through the developing unit 10 and developer storage device 40.
