<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splicing box 1 with excellent workability in space saving. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of the splicing box 1 comprises an optical adapter 3, a tension member presser 4, a marginal length part storage part 5 of an optical fiber, and a cable clamp 6 on a base 2 of the splicing box 1.
