PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless residential fire alarm which suppresses power consumption while preventing overlook of a radio signal transmitted from the other residential fire alarm and a residential fire alarm system using the same. SOLUTION: The residential fire alarm system has a radio transmitting/receiving part 11 in which a radio signal receiving means 11A for sequentially repeating radio signal acceptance time and downtime is combined with a radio signal transmitting means 11B for transmitting a radio signal including a fire signal for transmission time longer than the downtime when a detection means 10B detects fire factors and a control means 10 for operating an alarm means 18 to output an alarm when the radio signal receiving means 11A receives the radio signal including the fire signal from wireless residential fire alarm 1.
