PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot check valve having improved responsiveness during a time before closing the pilot check valve, and to provide a fluid pressure circuit utilizing the same. SOLUTION: The pilot check valve has a valve casing provided with a plunger energized in the direction of a valve seat by a spring for shutting off a flow path and a pilot piston for opening/closing the plunger with pilot pressure. In the valve casing on the upstream side of the plunger, an orifice is provided for restricting pressure in the flow path. Besides, in the valve casing on the downstream side of the plunger, an orifice is provided for restricting pressure in the flow path passing through the plunger. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
