PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a shift operation structure of a working machine for shift-operating an operation member for transmission incorporated in a transmission case by utilizing an inclined cam. SOLUTION: This shift operation structure of the working machine is constituted in such a way that an operation shaft 52 inserted and supported in the transmission case 2 to turn and shift and the operation member 21 for transmission are engaged with each other and operated in an interlocking relationship, a cam 55 for energizing the operation shaft 52 outward and receiving an abutting member 54 fixed to a section in the transmission case of the operation shaft 52 is integrally formed on the internal wall face of the transmission case, an inclined cam 55c opposing the abutting member 54 is formed at the end toward the inside of the transmission case in the cam 55, and the abutting member 54 moves in the direction of a shaft axis through the inclined cam 55c according to the turn operation of the operation shaft 52.
